Automated Complaint Management System

In pursuance to enhance quality of service for valued residents, DHAI-R launches automated and interactive Complaint Management System. Features of this service are:-

  • Registration of complaint through registered cell phone number.
  • Auto intimation of complaint registration with ID to Complainant.
  • Auto allocation of resource for every complaint.
  • SMS based completion of complaint by resource person.
  • Query SMS to complainant/resident to confirm the status of his complaint.
  • System generated report for monitoring progress of all complaint on daily basis.
