Revised Surcharge Rates
The six month KIBOR+5% for the next six months from 01 Jul 2020 to 31 Dec 2020 comes to 11.95% per annum. Therefore, the surcharge at the revised rate will be levied for the period ibid. The same rate will also be applicable to the members of all JV Projects including DHA Valley, Overseas Block, DHA Homes, Commercial Ave, Defence Villas, Sector F and Business Bay.

After endorsement these registration forms be submitted to Fin Dte upto 31 Oct 2013 along with applicable fee.

Public Notice 9: Imposition of NON UTILIZATION CHARGES PHASE-II
1 . DHA management is pleased to inform you that development work of Phase II has been completed and plots are ready for possession. You are requested to take the possession and start construction on your plot.2. The management of DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi is pleased to announce that the time period prior to 30th June 2011 is exempted from levy of non utilization charges. Therefore, if possession of plot is not taken, non utilization charges shall stand applicable w.e.f 1st July 2011. It is pertinent to mention that no charges shall be levied on transfers up to 30th June 2011. Further, if you get the drawing approved before 30th June 2011, you will be exempted from levy of non utilization charges. 3. If a member gets approval of drawing but does not construct house or fails to get house completion certificate within two years of drawing approval, non utilization charges will be levied from 1st July 2011. 4. New purchasers will be given a grace period of ONE year to get possession and approval of drawings w.e.f the date of purchase. The above policy is applicable with effect from 01 July 2011.
