Revised Surcharge Rates - Jan 2024 to 30th Jun 2024

Revised Surcharge Rates

Surcharge @ 26.48% per annum (on the basis of 06 Months KIBOR +5%) is applicable w.e.f 01st Jan 2024 to 30th Jun 2024. The surcharge at the revised rate will be levied for the period ibid and be updated in PMS. The updated rate will be applicable to all phases / projects of DHAI-R incl JV Projects, DHA Valley, Overseas Block, DHA Homes, Commercial Ave, Defence Villas, Sec F, and Business Bay. .
